Our daughter used Jennifer in looking for and purchasing her house several months before we did. No matter how many times a person buys a new home or property, it always comes down to building confidence and trust. Is what we are about to purchase is a good fit? Does it make financial sense? Is it really as good as it seems? Will we wake up in the morning with buyer’s remorse? These are all questions that we certainly pondered. Jennifer’s advice, insight, support, attention to detail, and most important, valued friendship, helped to address all these issues and far more. I can say with confidence that were it not for Jennifer, it is unlikely that we would have pursued this investment and that certainly would have been a loss. Jennifer LeBlanc provided superior service in every manner. She had done her homework on the properties that we first covered on the phone, so when we met she was ready for us to visit them, as well as drop by others that might fit the bill. Well, getting an immediate sense of what I might like, she then steered me to a property that I liked immediately and settled on. Her follow-through on all aspects of moving forward from that point to the closing and even afterward with her help has been very appreciated since I am out of the area and have not moved yet.
